Peoria
Artist Vin Luong - Son of widely
known Chinese painter, Siu Hong, Vin was born in Saigon in 1966
and supplemented an early introduction to eastern technique, from
his father. He also received formal study of western art, at the
Private Western Art School in Vietnam, before he and his family
moved to Peoria, Illinois, the city in which he now resides and
teaches.
