Hunger. HOIH volunteers collect unserved or surplus food from hotels,
restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, wholesalers, gardeners, and
other donors throughout the tri-county area. The food is delivered
to shelters, food pantries, missions, and other agencies to alleviate
