Business Resources Services of Illinois, Inc. (BRS), appointesLeap Frog Solutions President Robert Delano to its board of directors. BRS is a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce providing group purchasing opportunities for Chamber member companies.
